SUMMER LETTER
Dear CCP Families,
I hope you are all having a wonderful summer. It’s hard to believe that it is almost half over! As much as we all love summer vacation, we are excited to know that your child will be joining us at preschool soon. The first day of school is August 15, 2016, right around the corner!!
Prior to the start of school, I want to remind you of a few important dates:
Friday, August 12th from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Meet the Teacher Day
We invite you and your child to stop in and meet your child’s teacher and tour the classroom together. You may drop in anytime between 10 a.m. -12 p.m.
Monday, August 15/Tuesday, August 16 – First Day of School & Parent Information meeting.
Drop your child off at 9 a.m. in their classroom, then join me in the fellowship hall where we will be reviewing the Parent Handbook, going over important policies and answering any questions you may have. We ask that at least one parent/guardian attend this meeting. This will also be a good time to turn in forms and pay tuition for August/September.
Important Information:
Tuition: Tuition is broken up into 9 equal payments. Therefore, prior to starting on August 15th, you will need to make the first tuition payment which will cover August and September. Your next payment will not be due till October 1st and then you will pay each month with your last payment due May 1st.
Paperwork:
We still may need some forms to complete your child’s folder. If there is a checkmark by any of the forms listed on the back of this letter, they will be included in this packet. Please complete and turn them in by the first day of school.
As of this date, we have your child(ren) ______________________________________ scheduled to begin Community Christian Preschool on August 15/16, 2016. He/She will be attending school M T W Th F and the tuition rate is $________ per month. The following forms/payments are required to be completed and turned in by the first day of school:

____ CCP Medical Consent Form (blue)
____ Student Entry Health Exam (Form DH 3040) from your doctor
____ Florida Certificate of Immunization (Form DH 680) from your doctor
____ VPK attendance Policy (white)
____ Discipline Form (Pink)
____ Flu Information Sheet (white)
____ Child Information Sheet (purple)
____ Registration Fee __________
____ Tuition of $ _________ due by August 15/16, 2016.
